Shipping policy
We work hard to get your order out the door within 48 hours of purchase.
All deliveries are handled through UPS. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their UPS shipment and ensure it is arriving on time. We provide tracking information as soon as your order ships. Occasional delays or issues may occur. Please let us know as soon as an issue occurs so we can take care of it.

Please open all boxes and verify what’s inside.

If you're missing an item, submit your request via the form on this page. We’ll get the missing piece shipped to you right away.
Tracking shows a package is damaged or returning to sender

Please contact us immediately through the form on this page — we’ll work with UPS to get it resolved or send out a replacement.
Package marked as “delayed” or is missing an ETA?

Delays may happen due to weather, route issues, or UPS internal delays.

If the delay has no ETA for over 48-72 hours, please notify us via the form on this page.

If it’s after September 10, let us know immediately via the form on this page so we can escalate or re-ship in time for Sukkot.
