Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your Sukkah under the following terms:

Eligibility Window (2026 Season)

  • Final date for returns: September 18, 2026. No returns will be accepted after this date.

  • Full Refund Deadline: Orders returned by Sept 18, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs if applicable.

    • Sukkah must be dropped off at a UPS Store before Sept 18th.

  • Please note, when ordering close to the holiday, if your order arrives close to or after the return deadline, it is still your responsibility to check and report any issues immediately. Returns will not be accepted past the deadline for any reason.

Condition for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the Sukkah must be in unused condition:

  • 'Unused condition' means that although the Sukkah has been removed from its packaging, it has not been used or assembled for an extended period. Sukkahs that show signs of wear or evidence of prolonged assembly will not be eligible for return."

No matter the circumstances, if you used your Sukkah over the holiday it is ineligible for a return, no exceptions. 

 

 

Return Process

  1. Complete the Return Form

  2. Receive Your Shipping Label

    • Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid UPS return label.

  3. Drop Off at UPS

    • Customers must bring the package to a UPS Store drop-off location.

    • We do not offer UPS pickups. If you’d like, you can request a UPS pickup for a fee at UPS.com

  4. Packaging Requirements

    • The Sukkah must be repackaged in its original format.

    • Incomplete or improper packaging may result in additional fees.

 

 

Exclusions

  • Schach, artwork, accessories, and parts are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you ordered a full Sukkah kit with Schach, then the Schach is eligible for a return.

  • Custom Sukkahs and expansions are final sale, with no exceptions.

  • If a piece is missing, we will send a replacement — it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect their order upon arrival.  

  • Due to the very high cost of shipping larger Sukkahs, Sukkahs that are 10x30 and larger have a 25% restocking fee to process returns.
  • Any items shipped at the customer's request during the offseason between Jan 1 - June 1 are not eligible for return.

 

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your returned Sukkah, our team will inspect it.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.

  • For returns received close to the deadline, refunds may take up to 21 days to process.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


It is the customer’s responsibility to track their UPS shipment and ensure it is arriving on time. We provide tracking information as soon as your order ships.

No exceptions will be made to our return or refund policy based on delivery delays once the order has left our warehouse.
We do not control UPS transit times or delays and cannot alter the return window based on shipping issues.

However, if a package is missing or delayed, and the customer informs us, we will do our best to get the package to them as quickly as possible.

 

 

Exchange Policy

Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your Sukkah. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Window

You can request an exchange through September 18, 2026. After that date, exchanges will no longer be accepted.

How It Works

  1. Let us know about your exchange request by filling out the form on this page. 

  2. We’ll send your exchange via UPS Ground (delivery typically takes 4–5 business days).

  3. If you need it faster, expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

  4. The original item must be sent back.

  5. A deposit may be required until the original item is returned,

Price Differences

  • If the item you're exchanging for is more expensive, you'll simply pay the difference.

  • If it's less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Exchanged items must be in unused condition.

Custom Sukkahs

Custom-sized Sukkahs cannot be exchanged for any reason. We can modify the size for an additional fee until September 1st, 2026. After September 1st, 2026, we cannot modify a custom Sukkah for this season - but we can help you change it for the following year.

Please note: Custom 12 foot Sukkah may have a slight bow due to the long frame span without support. This is normal and not a structural issue.

Exchange Limitations

  • Each order is limited to one exchange only.

  • Once a Sukkah has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for return, regardless of the timing.

  • Schach, artwork, accessories, and parts are not eligible for exchanges once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
