Missing or Damaged Parts Policy

We take great care in hand-packing every order to ensure your Sukkah kit arrives complete and ready for assembly. However, in the rare event that something is missing or damaged, we’re here to help.

Please Read Carefully Before Reporting a Missing Part


 

Damaged Parts

If a part arrives damaged:

  1. Visit the form link here.

  2. Upload a photo of the damaged item.

  3. We’ll process a replacement part and send it out as quickly as possible.

Note: If your box appears damaged on the outside, the contents are usually still fine — UPS sometimes mishandles packaging, but the parts are well-protected inside.


 

Important Notice for Sukkot

If you're planning to assemble your Sukkah close to the holiday, especially within three days of Sukkot, we strongly urge you to check your boxes well in advance.

  • If you wait until the last minute to check your kit, we cannot guarantee replacement parts will arrive in time — though we’ll do our best to help.

  • To ensure peace of mind, please open and inspect your Sukkah at least a week before Sukkot.

  • We will provide free replacement parts once per order. Please ensure the replacement list you submit is complete, as any additional shipments beyond the first will incur a shipping charge.

Replacement Shipping Info

  • All replacement parts are sent via UPS Ground, unless an exclusion is provided for expedited shipping 

  • You will receive a new tracking number when the part is shipped.
