We stand by the quality of our Sukkahs with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your Sukkah under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return:

• Sukkahs are eligible for return up until one week before Sukkot. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

• "A full refund will be issued if the Sukkah is in unused condition. 'Unused condition' means that although the Sukkah has been removed from its packaging, it has not been used or assembled for an extended period. Sukkahs that show signs of wear or evidence of prolonged assembly will not be eligible for return."

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, the Sukkah must be shipped back to our warehouse. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

• We will refund the full purchase price, excluding any shipping costs initially paid by the customer.

Exclusions:

• Please note that parts and schach are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Missing Parts Policy

We take great care in hand-packing every order to ensure your Sukkah kit arrives complete and ready for assembly. However, in the rare event that any parts are missing:

Expedited Replacement:

• If you discover any missing parts, please contact us immediately. We will expedite the shipment of the missing items to you at no additional cost.

Important Notice for Sukkot:

• If you are assembling your Sukkah close to Sukkot, especially within two days of the holiday, we strongly advise you to check your kit as early as possible. Due to high demand and potential shipping delays, we may not be able to guarantee delivery of replacement parts in time if reported too close to the holiday.

5-Year Sukkah Warranty Policy

Coverage Period: This warranty is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Sukkah Frame Warranty:

• Rust or Chipping: The frame of your product is covered under a full warranty against any rust or chipping that may occur during normal use.
• Bending: The frame is covered against bending due to regular wind conditions. However, damage resulting from extreme weather conditions, such as storms, is not covered under this warranty.

Sukkah Walls Warranty:

• Tearing: The walls of the product are covered for any tearing that may occur under normal usage conditions.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any damage to the walls caused by individuals or due to extreme weather conditions, including storms.

Important Notice: While our sukkah kits are designed to be durable, they are inherently temporary structures. As such, they must be protected or disassembled if severe weather conditions are expected while the sukkah is in use. These kits are not engineered to withstand heavy winds, strong rainstorms, snow, or other significant weather events. We offer no warranty against damage caused by wind, storms, or snow.

Exclusions:

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, such as storms, hurricanes, or other extreme weather conditions.

Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require photos or an inspection of the product to process your claim.

Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Schach Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our schach and guarantee it for your first season. However, please note that schach is made from natural bamboo material, which is inherently susceptible to mold.

Care Recommendations:

• To protect your schach, we strongly recommend spraying it with an anti-mold treatment before use.
• Ensure that your schach is completely dry before storing it to prevent mold growth during the off-season.

Warranty Coverage:

• If you encounter any mold or issues with the raffia during the first year, we will replace the affected schach at no cost to you.
• Please note that our guarantee does not extend beyond the first season.
